Step 1: You will receive an order confirmation e-mail and SMS on the registered e-mail ID and phone number.

4. What is the return policy of the products?

Lingerie, innerwear, and apparel labeled as non-returnable on their product detail pages can't be returned.
Other products should be in the original condition with the MRP and brand tag attached to the clothing and the return request should be placed within 30 days from receiving the product. A replacement or refund will not be processed if the pickup cancelled owing to missing MRP tag.

Refunds are credited back to the same instrument which was debited. The process generally takes 7-14 working days depending on the bank and the gateway.
