-We have a very easy and hassle-free return policy.Simply return unused, unwashed product in the original box packing with all the tags intact, the user manual, warranty cards, original accessories within 7 days of delivery.
-Keeping in mind the intimate nature of the products and hygiene we regret that we cannot accept the return of briefs, panties, stick on bras and some of the other accessories.
-Product delivered as a pair cannot be returned as individuals.
-In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it is obvious that the product has been worn, washed or soiled.
-Once the above criteria are fulfilled you will be granted a refund within 10-15 working days from the date the product is received by us.

-Our candidate will firstly re-check the product and ensure that it is unused, unwashed and that all tags are intact.
-Once all the criteria are met, the new product would be handed over to you.
-Any extra cost has to be paid by you immediately.
